Caregiver / PCA / CNA
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and lifting clients when appropriate and in accordance with safe lifting practices.
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
- Work comfortably in homes with cats and dogs, providing care while respecting clients' beloved pets.
- Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
- Build meaningful relationships while helping clients maintain their independence.
- Previous caregiving, home care, PCA, or CNA experience preferred.
- Current CNA certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs.
- Must be physically able to assist with client transfers and lifting as required for the client's care plan.
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
